Welcome to DegenEZ. By accessing or using the trading terminal, social features, or agent tooling, you agree to these Terms of Use. DegenEZ is a personal project and is provided 'as is'.
1. Trading Interface and Product Features
DegenEZ provides a front-end interface (the "Interface") for interacting with decentralized protocols on Solana, including Flash Trade and Jupiter, and may also include social, chart-overlay, agent configuration, bot performance tracking, backtested strategy templates, agent chat, and sentiment, news, or technical-indicator features. DegenEZ does not hold custody of your assets and does not control your wallet. All on-chain transactions are initiated by your self-custodial wallet.
2. Assumption of Risk
Trading digital assets, particularly highly leveraged perpetual futures, involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for understanding leverage, liquidations, fees, margin requirements, and the behavior of any signals or agent logic you choose to follow. We strongly encourage reviewing the Flash Trade margin framework before trading. By using the Interface, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with on-chain trading and smart contract vulnerabilities.
3. No Financial Advice or Signal Guarantees
Information provided on the Interface, including chat content, social activity, chart overlays, performance metrics, backtests, strategy templates, sentiment or news summaries, and agent-generated signals, does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Backtested or historical results do not guarantee future performance. You alone are responsible for deciding whether any trade, strategy, or follow action is appropriate for you.
4. User Content and Shared Features
If you submit usernames, profile emoji, chat messages, agent configurations, follows, or other content through DegenEZ, you are responsible for that content and understand it may be displayed to other users inside the app. Agent chat and bot configuration content may be processed to operate analysis and improvement features.
5. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
DegenEZ is a personal project provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. There is no corporate entity backing this software. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and contributors of DegenEZ shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Interface, including smart contract failures, agent or signal errors, backend outages, network congestion, or market volatility.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Interface at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Interface.
