Privacy Policy
DegenEZ is a personal project. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across the trading terminal, social features, and agent tooling.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
DegenEZ does not require email-password accounts, and we do not collect traditional personally identifiable information such as legal names, home addresses, or phone numbers as part of normal product use.
2. Wallet, Trading, and Market Data
When you connect your wallet, the applications read public data from the Solana blockchain. DegenEZ also processes wallet addresses, open positions, orders, balances, market selections, and related trading state so the interface can render your terminal correctly and keep live views in sync. Blockchains are inherently public, so any public keys or on-chain transactions you use remain visible on-chain.
3. Local Storage
Our web and Android applications use local browser storage and secure device storage to save app preferences such as UI settings, selected markets, filter state, connection state, and similar product preferences. This data remains on your device unless a feature explicitly syncs it through the app backend.
4. Social, Profile, and Agent Data
If you use DegenEZ social or agent features, we may store and serve information such as wallet-linked usernames, chosen profile emoji, chat messages, market votes, follows, published trade markers, and agent configurations, agent chat messages, bot performance history, backtest selections, or signal history. That information is used to operate shared app features, performance tracking, and bot analysis workflows, and some of it may be visible to other users inside the product.
5. Third-Party Services and Protocols
DegenEZ interacts with third-party infrastructure and decentralized protocols:
- RPC Providers: Your transactions are routed through Solana RPC nodes (such as Helius, Triton, or custom nodes you provide). These providers may log basic network data, including IP addresses, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Flash Trade & Jupiter Protocols: Trading and swap actions occur via smart contracts built by Flash Trade and Jupiter. By using DegenEZ, you interact with these protocols directly. We encourage you to review their respective documentation and risk policies, including Flash Trade margin framework.
- Market Data, News, and AI Providers: Bot analysis features may use third-party market data, news, sentiment, and AI infrastructure to process strategy inputs, chat prompts, and generated responses.
6. No Corporate Entity
DegenEZ is a personal project provided "as is" without a corporate entity or registered company behind it. By using the software, you acknowledge this structure and agree that no entity is liable for data handling beyond what is described here.
